Breezeway

In the immortal words of Chase McKnight, “It’s just one continuous noise until you die.” Breezeway is the most delicious burrito you’ve ever eaten: a greasy blues and psychedelic filling, wrapped up in an indie rock tortilla, with a fun and delectable live performance to top it all off!

This trio is comprised of Indiana Sands: a double threat, singer and guitarist, whose seductive voice and virtuosic guitar-playing will impregnate any woman or man within a five-block radius; Chase McKnight: a real live wire of a bassist, you can hardly keep track of him ricocheting onstage; and Connor Gerson: a big hairy oaf of a drummer, keeping that groove locked and loaded, hittin’ stuff like his life depended on it.

Breezeway has two full length albums: Clockwork (2015) and It Goes Like This (2016), available anywhere you can buy or stream music, so go check it out!

Ginger & The Gents

Gritty, soulful rock n roll, with blues heavy riffs and driving rhythms. No frills, just powerhouse vocals and driving instrumentation to blow your hair back. That’s one way to describe the music of G&TG. While their music is heavily influenced by many rock classics, they enjoy blending the boundaries of genre and exploring what new depths and heights they can reach through experimentation and organic process. They put their own spin on the classic story we all know as rock ‘n’ roll.

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Pixie & Partygrass Boys

“Somewhere in the Wasatch Mountains, during the cold winter months, a rowdy group of ski bums and hippies gathered in the belly of a warm house. Drawn together by a common love of snow, fun, and bluegrass, they set out to howl at the moon and dance through the night in hopes of shaking a storm loose from the heavens to cover up the the stones and ice, and to wash clean the filthy air in the Salt Lake Valley. “

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Will Baxter

“Will Baxter, originally from Fort Collins Colorado, now calls Salt Lake City his home. Having gained attention in the SLC music scene he plays with The Staff, Who Knows?, The Will and Dave Duo and his own solo work. He draws his inspiration from Paul Simon, Robert Cray, Wayne Shorter, and Jimi Hendrix.”

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Underground Cash

When he’s on stage, Tim Smith is the man in black. Johnny Cash’s spirit seems to flow through him and his band, and manifests itself on stage. Through Underground Cash Bar, Smith’s Cash tribute band, Cash’s stories are sung and told and performed just as Cash himself would do it.
